Falcon Fury Opens at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Well, folks, the time has come. The long awaited Falcon Fury is now open at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. At 335 feet, this is a mammoth among drop towers. I can't even begin to imagine how I'd feel waiting at the top. I'm typically not afraid of high flyers or drop towers, but this one could-be-the-one. If the slow climb to the top doesn't do you in, the moment your seat is tilted so that you are facing the ground below, may do the trick.

Find out more about the attraction and watch a point-of-view video from each side of the drop.

The Minions Accept the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS

I've always been a fan of Minions. I like the whole mischievous nature, and the smell of bananas.

The Penguins, from Madagascar nominated the Minions to take the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. They accepted the challenge, donated, and have nominated Mickey Mouse, Snoopy, and Bugs Bunny to do the same.

Let's see who is brave enough to accept. For more information and to donate head over to www.als.ca

Disney Springs Update from an Imagineer

Have you been wondering how progress is going on Disney Springs, the newly re-imagined Downtown Disney? Here is a short video shared by Disney Parks, giving guests a sneak-peak of what is happening with this immensely big project.

I was on the fence in regards to the Downtown Disney transformation. I'm a creature that likes little change, it appears. After watching this video, I'm second guessing myself. This is beginning to look like a brilliantly themed-immersive dining, entertainment, and shopping district.

I'm excited to see future videos, and more conceptual art on the entire Disney Springs project.

We'll keep you posted as we learn more.

I don't know if I'm brave enough for this. I'm a little bit of a chicken when it comes to drop towers. This one looks terrifying, yet a heck of a lot of watery fun. But who is Ihu, anyway?
